Weihai Changtai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. was established in 2019. It is an enterprise mainly engaged in ship modification engineering and comprehensive ship service guarantee, mainly serving various types of ships such as government ships, oil tankers, bulk carriers, and engineering ships. The company has a production workshop of 9000 square meters, and cooperates to lease one 5000 ton dock, two 3000 ton dock, and two 1500 ton dock. The dock has a shoreline of 400 meters and can undertake the maintenance of various types of ships below 10000 tons. It undertakes about 70% of the maintenance of coast guard ships at Penglai Jinglu Shipyard every year and serves more than 170 ships of various types annually.
