Five years ago, Changtai Company was established at the initiative of several shareholders who were unwilling to settle for mediocrity and worked with passion. It led its employees to work hard and strive to meet the high standards of the industry, move towards higher and stronger goals, and benefit employees and serve society with better economic and social benefits. Over the past five years, the company has adhered to the business policy of "safety, professionalism, precision, efficiency, and responsibility", focusing on personnel safety and professional skills training, standardizing internal management, and continuously expanding international and domestic markets, gaining recognition from various sectors of society such as shipowners, suppliers, and cooperative units. As of now, Changtai Company has a stable and professional technical team, serving more than 170 ships annually. We have established long-term close cooperation with Penglai Jinglu Shipbuilding Industry, Shidao Hexing Shipyard, Weihai Huadong Shipyard, Weihai Xixiakou Shipyard, Weihai Donghai Shipyard, Bohai Shipyard and other units. In addition to undertaking various ship maintenance and modification projects, we have also developed new service projects such as underwater hull cleaning, ballast water filter cleaning and supply.

Over the past five years, Changtai people have made sincere efforts, worked hard and worked hard, step by step, and walked out of a Xintiandi. The company's strength has further strengthened, occupying a place in the industry market, and its influence has radiated to a wider region. In 2024, it joined the Zhejiang Shipowners Association and participated in the third council meeting.
