——Changtai Company's Zhoushan Service Station settles in the Maritime Service Industrial Park

Over the past five years of development, Changtai Shipbuilding Company has continuously improved its production capacity and efficiency, matured its technical team, and expanded its business scope. On December 18th, Changtai Shipbuilding Company Zhoushan Service Station - Zhoushan Changying Ship Engineering Service Co., Ltd. was registered and established at the Market Supervision Administration of Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. On December 19th, it officially signed a contract to settle in the Maritime Service Industrial Park - China Xiazhimen Putuo Shipping Industrial Park.

The China Xiazhimen Putuo Shipping Industry Park is located in the beautiful Zhujiajian West Ao, at the center of major operational anchorages (not off the island), only 4.5 nautical miles away from Mazhi anchorage, 12 nautical miles away from Xiazhimen anchorage and Tiaozhumen anchorage, 14 nautical miles away from Xiushan anchorage, and just 2 nautical miles away from the under construction Dengbu Island North anchorage, with a unique geographical location. Putuo is backed by Shanghai Port and Ningbo Zhoushan Port, with a deep-water coastline of 280 kilometers and two waterways, Tiaozhumen and Xiazhimen. It has 18 docks of over 10000 tons, including 3 300000 ton docks, which can accommodate 300000 large ships for free entry and exit. Putuo has initially formed six billion level industrial clusters, including shipbuilding and port equipment manufacturing, marine fisheries, marine life and health, maritime services, clean energy, and marine tourism. These solid industrial foundations and unique geographical advantages provide advantageous conditions for the construction of the Putuo Shipping Service Industry Agglomeration Zone.

The industrial park covers an area of nearly 1500 acres, with scientific planning and complete facilities. The maritime comprehensive service industry building, logistics warehouse, comprehensive service building, maintenance workshop, and other facilities are fully equipped. The cruise port terminal, Taiwan Trade Cooperation Zone, and other shore based service guarantee terminals are also synchronously matched. In the future, we will mainly undertake diversified industrial forms such as ship supply, crew services, cruise ships and yachts, and ship maintenance (voyage repair). The opening of the industrial park is an important milestone in the construction of the Putuo Bay Shipping Service Cluster. At the opening ceremony, the park signed on-site contracts with operational cooperation enterprises, local related enterprises, etc., covering multiple fields such as shipping, logistics, and maintenance. These enterprises will deeply cooperate with the industrial park in shipbuilding, technological innovation, market expansion, and other aspects, jointly exploring new models and paths in the shipping service industry.

After years of deep cultivation in the maritime service industry, Zhoushan has successfully entered the world's fourth largest ship refueling port, the largest domestic replenishment port, the largest foreign ship maintenance base, and the ship trading market. At present, Zhoushan has gathered more than 1600 upstream and downstream enterprises and service institutions in the industry chain of ship maintenance, crew services, ship management, ship brokerage, maritime arbitration, etc. It is expected that the total output will exceed 63 billion yuan this year. The recently approved "Construction Plan for Bulk Commodity Resource Allocation Hub in China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone" clearly proposes to support Zhoushan in deepening the construction of the international maritime service base, especially to promote the expansion of anchor supply services from single oil supply to one-stop services such as material supply and ship maintenance, and allow the pilot of anchor navigation maintenance.

In the future, the industrial park will fully rely on existing resources such as shipyards, anchorages, and docks to form a sales and display center for ship spare parts and accessories, a ship technology service center, and a crew club layout. It will carry out seafarer rotation, port joint inspection, crew training and other businesses, and create a comprehensive international shipping industrial park that integrates shipping services, logistics warehousing, and maintenance support.

The policy support and complete supporting facilities in the park provide strong guarantees for the development of our Changtai service station. With the further construction of Zhoushan International Maritime Service Base, the company will open up broader business opportunities for the international market, while increasing technological investment and talent cultivation efforts to meet customer needs with more efficient and accurate services. At present, personnel, office space, and employee dormitories have been arranged, and customers have been identified and guided to carry out business in an orderly manner.
