Main contents of the meeting: At present, the form of epidemic prevention and control is relatively severe. According to the document instructions of the COVID-19 prevention and control office, the level of epidemic prevention and control needs to be improved. Our company's interpretation of the epidemic prevention and control management regulations includes measures such as employee health management, appearance control, and external personnel control during the epidemic prevention and control period.

The meeting decided on the relevant resolution: the head of the epidemic prevention and control department is responsible for implementing the system, which includes promoting policies, managing personnel health, and disinfecting office areas within the department; Employees entering the company are required to scan their health code, travel code, and take temperature measurements to complete relevant registration.; Enhance access control management by conducting temperature checks, verifying health codes and travel codes, and registering detailed information for all external personnel. At the same time, relevant personnel from our company must lead the process before entering the company's internal premises.; Personal protective measures should be taken in daily office and daily life, including wearing masks on a regular basis, avoiding gatherings unless necessary, paying attention to personal hygiene habits, and frequently washing and disinfecting hands; Strictly abide by local and company related epidemic prevention policies. If there is a risk of epidemic prevention due to personal reasons, individuals shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

Follow up action plan: The procurement department will regularly purchase epidemic prevention materials and follow a special procurement process to ensure sufficient inventory of epidemic prevention materials; Production and posting of corresponding epidemic prevention propaganda materials; Each department needs to strengthen their awareness of epidemic prevention and control, and repeatedly emphasize it in their department meetings to ensure epidemic prevention.
